Fibromyalgia Arthritis Sciatica Migraines We Can Ease The Pain Today
THE STRUGGLE WITHIN: BODY IN MOTION
Exercise. The word brings fear into the world of many pain sufferers. The very thought of making our body move when we are already in such pain that we barely can take a deep breath. Why would I want to exercise? To push myself? To physically exert myself until my muscles might ache, I'm short of breath and I'm near exhausted from the effort?
If you're in the middle of a severe pain flareup, there isn't an answer in the world that I could give you other than NOTHING can make you want to exercise. It's not those times that I want to implore you to try to exercise. It's the days when the pain level is a little more tolerable. When you feel better and want to find ways to not get back to a pain flareup.
Those are the days that I believe we need to try to exercise in some form. I'm not talking about military level exercises. Not even talking about health club level unless you are physically fit and pain tolerant enough to undertake that regimen. I'm talking about chronic pain sufferer, fibromayalgia sufferer, arthritis sufferer and other pain sufferer levels. When you can do 1 or 2 situps or foot rotations or exercise bike ride for a couple of minutes. When you can squeeze a hand exercise ball or maybe do a buttock crunch.
For some of us that may be the limit but any exercise is better than NO EXERCISE. There are plenty of tools and toys that can help us make the most out of each exercise. Chronic pain sufferers know the value of maximizing theo moment and seizing the day. I just hope you take advantage of the access to great exercise tools, toys and techniques that are on my website. I believe you will see the added benefit and the impact on your life and your fight against your chronic pain.
I wish you a HEALTHIER, HAPPIER, LESS PAINFUL LIFESTYLE
